• Charlotte Engineers provided MEP and Fire Protection engineering design services for the new Behavioral Health Department on the first and second floor.

• As part of the project, we commissioned the following systems: mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, fire protection and building automation system.

• The building commissioning services provided met the FGI Guidelines for the Construction of Hospitals (2018), section 1.2-8, Commissioning and the North Carolina Energy Code (2018), section C408 – System Commissioning.
