• Project scope involves the replacement of a Deaerator (DA) Tank that serves the central steam boiler plant. The new DA Tank provided improved energy efficiency. New flow meters, which monitor make-up water usage, were specified along with two new water softeners. Redundant circulation pumps were also included in the design to guard against critical failure of the system.
• The existing underground propane storage capacity was expanded by adding 2 underground 30,000 gallon tanks and connecting them into the existing propane distribution system. The design included replacing the existing propane mixing station and the addition and replacement of fuel flow meters and fuel level meters for proper fuel monitoring of the new tanks.
